You will also be close to attractions such as Selwo Marina, Tivoli amusement park, Sealife Center, Cable Car and Bill Bill Castle.
The distance from the complex to the beach is only 100m. The complex has 15.000 m² of gardens, and artificial lakes, 5 swimming pools all connected by giant and exciting waterslides that create a water park of 2000 m² of water surface, including a separate children's pool.
